Job Description  (Must have)

In-depth knowledge of the T24 modules, At least 5+ years T24 Operations

Must know – Production support process and managing the 2M USD engagement at onsite.

Must have worked in Production environment by Managing Incidents and Changes.

Stakeholder coordination and report preparation knowledge

Familiarity with Multi server architecture with the combination of T24 TAFJ, AIX, WAS & Oracle stack

Very good understanding of T24 system, AA and Must have experience in pack preparation and deployment procedure.

Working exposure managing the BAU engagements

Nice to have

TLC certification

ITIL certifications

PMP certification
